Orders & Delivery
1.1. All orders must be placed in writing, by phone, or through an authorised ordering platform.
1.2. Delivery times are estimates only. The Supplier will make reasonable efforts to deliver as scheduled but accepts no liability for delays caused by events beyond its control.
1.3. The Customer is responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the delivery location.
1.4. The Supplier reserves the right to refuse delivery if access is unsafe or unsuitable.

Product Quality & Quantity
2.1. The fuel supplied will meet relevant national standards at the time of delivery.
2.2. Delivery quantities will be determined by the truck’s calibrated meter or tank gauge and recorded on the delivery note.
2.3. It is the Customer’s responsibility to check the quantity and quality upon delivery and raise any issues within 24 hours.

Pricing & Payment
3.1. Prices quoted are based on market rates and are subject to change unless agreed in writing.
3.2 The Company reserves the right to charge interest on a daily basis on any late and or unpaid invoices at the rate of 4% above the base rate of the Bank of England from time to time on the event of an overdue invoice at any time. .
3.3. All prices are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Risk & Title
4.1. Risk in the fuel passes to the Customer upon delivery.

Storage & Safety
5.1. The Customer must ensure that fuel is stored in a legally compliant and secure tank that is regularly maintained.
5.2. The Supplier accepts no liability for contamination, leakage, or loss due to defective or non-compliant storage equipment.

Force Majeure
The Supplier will not be held liable for failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, strikes, fuel shortages, equipment failure, or transport issues.

Liability
6.1. The Supplier's liability is limited to the value of the Product delivered.
6.2. The Supplier shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the delivery or use of the Product.
Termination
The Supplier may terminate or suspend deliveries if the Customer fails to meet payment terms or breaches any other condition of this agreement.
